Delete your Fitlyn account
You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. If you can't use the app, use this page.
What is deleted and when
- Immediately: your account is anonymised (name, email, phone, photo, date of birth, height, weight, health conditions and allergies), sign-in is disabled and all sessions are revoked.
- After 30 days (or now, if you choose so below): your health logs, food log, training, AI coach conversations, plans, medications, progress photos and uploaded files, posts and comments, notifications, saved addresses and settings are permanently deleted, and the text and attachments of messages you sent are erased.
- Daily backups are kept for at most 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them within that period.
What we keep
- Orders and invoices with the delivery details of past orders, payments, subscriptions and purchases, consultation bookings, coaching-package enrolments and reward-point transactions — linked to the anonymised account, for as long as Egyptian tax and commercial law requires.
- Consent records as legal proof, with the IP address and device details removed.
Delete with your email and password
Signed in with Google or Facebook?
These accounts have no password. Sign in to the app the same way, then open Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
